  • The inductee, inductees, must demonstrate unquestionable musical excellence in their specific category.

  • Artist’s musical influence on other artists.

  • The length of career and body of works.

  • Innovation, style and technique.

  • The nominee can't nominate themselves, only a third party may nominate. - Any nominee found committing identity fraud, self advocating through third parties or falsifying the nomination process will forfeit the privilege of any induction whatsoever, withstanding. 

 

 

Specific stand-alone era of nominations

 

  • 50’s, 60’s influence on local Adelaide music and national scene.

  • 70’s onwards reaching local and national fame for release or body of work.

  • 2000 onwards, spotlight on the depth of local talent and break outs on the national and international scene.

 

 

 

All genre are acknowledged and are as diverse as:

  • Management

  • Production

  • Promotions

  • New and innovative technology.

  • Recording

  • Music Media: Radio/Television/Print [press]

 

 

 

* Bands individual members can be acknowledged for their influence on a national and international level.

 

 

 

AMC SA Music Hall of Fame nomination process

 

 

 

 

 

Category specialists will be selected from the enormous talent bank of AMC members.

The voting of the panel stands alone and discussion of the relevance of the nominated act/artist is at the discretion of the panel.

 

 

Proceed to the nomination page and work your way through the Nomination Form.

You may not receive an acknowledgement of your voting – but it will be registered.
